I had back pain for last few weeks and booked physiotherapy service from Portea. Jyotish from Portea was assigned to me and did a fabulous job. Instead of just relying on machines, the exercises which he made me do gave me immediate relief and within a week, I became normal. Thanks Jyotish and Portea for the services.

It was a very smooth experience for me from the booking handling to execution. Subrata Mali was the nurse who came home. He came on the same day as the appointment. His behavior was very polite and he was very professional. He gave the injection very smoothly with very little pain. He also dressed the wound up nicely and advised on caring for the same.

I have been using Portea for the last several years and have always been satisfied with their consistent, efficient and caring approach towards patient care. I would particularly like to call out Anil, Krishnasis and their team members from nursing care and Bharath from customer care for being very responsive and supportive whenever I reached out to them for help.

Portea is my first port of call during an emergency and I have never been disappointed. Thank you all for your service and may you each continue to rise and shine 🙏💜

We took Home care services from Portea for my father. They sent Suparna Das for the critical take care. While she took absolutely prime care of him, some bit of time keeping and lower decibels will surely help her improve further. Now she is being replaced by another person for few days. Hoping to receive the same care going forward.
